What exactly is Riseside?
Riseside is three things working together, all set up for you. One place for every call, text and email, plus social messages on Scheduled and Known. A lead pipeline, so you can see who is new, who is waiting on you and who is booked. And automations that do the repeat work: missed-call texts, follow-ups, reminders and review requests. Every plan includes a basic lead pipeline with its automations, starting with Answered. All of it goes out in your business’s name, and our team builds it for you.
How does Riseside help me get found online?
Being found only works if somebody answers when people call. Riseside does both. Your hours, phone number and business details stay the same everywhere you appear, so people trust what they see. Every review is answered in your name, and asking happy customers for a review takes one tap after each job. And the moment someone calls, texts or fills in a form, they hear back, so the customer who found you becomes the customer who booked you.
How does Riseside help me get more work?
Work slips away in three places: the call nobody returned, the quote that went quiet after the first week, and the past customer who never heard from you again. Each one is a job you already earned. Riseside covers all three. Missed calls get a text back within seconds. Every estimate is followed up on a schedule, in your words, with your approval. Past customers hear from you before they start looking somewhere else. And you can see all of it on one screen: who is waiting on you, who is booked, and what came in overnight.
How can I tell if it’s working?
Look at three numbers: calls answered, jobs booked and reviews gained. Your dashboard shows them every day on every plan, and Known adds call tracking that shows which ad, listing or website each call came from, plus a quarterly review of your numbers.
Why does Riseside work for my business?
Because I lived the problem. Before: I was at my desk after hours working out who I owed a call back, with leads sitting in a notebook. After: the phone is answered, new inquiries get a reply, and follow-up runs on its own. I’m out of the middle, and my customers still hear back. I’ve run my own business since 2002 and I built this for it first, which means everything you get was tested on a real business before it was ever offered to yours.
My job-management software does this for $29.
The $29 is real, but it isn’t the price. The price is the Sunday night you spend setting it up and the weeks it sits half finished. Most people who buy a system like this never finish setting it up. They pay for it every month anyway. With Riseside the setup is ours, so the day you’re live, it’s already working for you.
Is it easy to use?
We set everything up. We build it, we connect it, and we show you the three things you'll actually touch. If you can use your phone, you can use this.
Will my customers know it's AI?
Some will, some won't. It's open about being AI, it answers in your business's name, it's polite, and it gets to the point — which is more than a caller expects at eight at night. What they notice is that somebody picked up.
Is this an AI receptionist? Is that what I’m paying for?
The receptionist that answers your phone is AI, and if a caller asks, it says plainly that it’s an AI. But the AI isn’t what you’re buying. We build yours around your prices, your hours and your rules, and then we watch how it does. When something needs tweaking, like a new price, a holiday closure, or an answer it gave that wasn’t quite right, we support you in changing it. It stays under your name. The AI is how it works. A phone that gets answered and a calendar that fills up is what you’re paying for.
Do I have to change my phone number?
Your number stays your number, and your signs, cards and listings stay exactly as they are.
Are there extra costs?
Every plan includes the texts and receptionist minutes a normal month uses. If you go over, the extra is billed automatically with a receipt: $20 per extra 1,000 texts and $0.35 per extra receptionist minute.
