The same system we build for businesses and professional practices, at a rate that makes sense for an organization run by people who already have full-time jobs.
501(c)(3) or state equivalent
Organizations where the phone belongs to everyone and therefore to nobody. Where the person who would answer it is at their own job until five, and the person who would follow up meant to on Tuesday.
Membership enquiries, event signups, renewals, supporter programs. The things that arrive one at a time and get handled whenever somebody gets to them.
Donors calling with questions, volunteers offering time, families asking whether they qualify. All of it currently landing in three different inboxes and one voicemail.
Hall bookings, program registrations, the annual appeal, the people who gave last year and haven’t heard from anyone since.
Not a stripped-down version. Each level is the same build our paying clients get, set up by us, running under your organization’s name. Pick the one that fits how you run.
Nothing falls through. Every message lands in one place and every person who reaches out gets a reply, set up by us and running under your organization’s name.
Everything in Charitable Answered, plus someone answering the phone and a calendar that fills itself, around the clock.
Need more support or more features as you grow? Ask a question and get support from our team — we’re happy to help. support@riseside.us
Registered nonprofits with an IRS determination letter, or the state equivalent. We’ll ask to see it, and we do reserve the right to say no.
This rate is already the discount, so it doesn’t combine with referral credits or launch pricing.
Same as every other client: about two hours of your time telling us how you run, and the rest is ours.
I have done community work, and I am a member of community service organizations, so I have seen up close how much good they do. Most of them run entirely on the goodwill of people who already have somewhere else to be.
Nearly every community group I know is trying to grow, and finds it hard for the same reason: there is no back office. The member list sits in one person’s spreadsheet, the supporter emails are in another inbox, and the voicemail is on somebody’s own phone. Everything an organization knows should be in one place that anyone on the team can open.
The same thing that stops a business or a practice losing work stops a club losing a member who called once and never heard back. There is no good reason it should cost the same.
So this isn’t a cut-down product. It’s the real thing, at a rate that reflects who’s paying for it.
If a volunteer is spending their evening returning calls, that is an evening not spent on the actual work.
Fifteen minutes, no pitch. If this isn’t the right fit we’ll say so, and we’ll usually know inside the first five.
